Innovation by Design - introducing the essentials of design thinking for anyone who wants to learn how to explore how to turn innovation opportunities into reality by taking a user-centred design approach. You will apply the methods to a project you are currently working on.
Digital Transformation by Design (FedIP accredited) - introducing the fundamentals of user-centred design and how DDat UCD roles can add value to digital teams and optimise digital transformation projects and programmes. You will apply the methods to a case study.
Equity by Design - elevating equity in design practice to ensure that positive change meets the needs of all users, including those who are minoritised and experience disparity in health and care. You will apply the methods to a project you are currently working on.
