The challenge

Health & social care is full of people who want to make a positive change. But so often innovation and digital transformation fail to make an impact. So why is it so difficult? Too often we fail to understand the problem we’re trying to solve, neglect to take people with us and don’t redesign workflows and pathways with our users. We battle the system rather than working with it.

This is where user-centred design can make a difference.

We have courses to help you make a positive change

Our courses are available both in-person and online, with tried and tested methods, made bespoke for you. We’ve developed content based on our extensive experience in user-centred design, innovation and digital transformation. Each of our methods are built upon real-world experience and shared in the context of how we’ve applied them in the field.

Upon completion, you’ll be confident running a user-centred change project or programme, applying user-centred principles and methods to increase impact from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.

What we cover

Our courses are modular, and delivered in person or online.

  • Co-creation, prototyping & testinggenerate and test solutions, reducing risk by learning through iteration.

  • Implementing, optimising & evaluation learn how to make change truly sustainable and measure your impact.

We also offer bespoke coaching and capability building around each of these core skills.
